以下のファイルを編集して
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/50_unity-greeter.gschema.override
以下の二行を追加する。
[com.canonical.unity-greeter]
play-ready-sound = false
その後以下のコマンドを実行する。
sudo glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/
